A Walk Down Memory Lane with Layouts

3:30 AM 4 Comments
Today we wanted to take a walk down memory lane and highlight a few layouts that have really stood out to us from past design team members.

Our first is from Debbie Sherman.  Here is the original post, CLICK HERE.  The color combination is just stunning and the doilies she used are just perfect.

The second is from Sandy Hulsart that is just stunning, CLICK HERE to see the original post.  Granted the picture is just awesome but Sandy really knows how to highlight with the use of her dies.  The font is just beautiful, but I really think her flowers steal the show.

Lastly is Jodi Baune, who has got to be one of the best layout artist, adore her work.  This is a layout she did where it really captures her beautiful handmade flowers.  Check out more detailed pictures on the original post, CLICK HERE.  She truly is a master at clustering and placement of her dies and pictures.

See you all tomorrow with a fresh new project from our current design team.

Blast from the Past with Flowers

3:30 AM 2 Comments
Today we are doing something a little different, we are having a blast from the past. Cheery Lynn has been so blessed with our design team members throughout the years we thought over the next few Tuesdays we would take a look back at some much loved projects/ tutorials.

Our highlight today is flowers.  Cheery Lynn is known for our exceptional flower dies...be sure you didn't miss any of these flower tutorials from the past as they are sure to inspire.

Sandie Edwards wowed us with this beautiful tutorial on Lily's.  Click here to see the whole tutorial.

Or see how Kianel turned our corners into an exception flower with this tutorial .  Click Here.

Finally we have Debbie Sherman who shared with us how to create a stunning Peony.  Click Here to see how to make this show stopping flower.

We hope these tutorials/ flowers have inspired you to create some masterpieces of your own and hopefully shared something that you might have missed from the past.

Farewell and Thank you!

1:30 AM 11 Comments
Good morning Cheery Lynn followers!!  Today my project is a Thank You card and it serves 2 purposes.  The first being that this is my last post for Cheery Lynn Design Team, I have had some recent things happen in my personal life that requires more of my attention so I'm off to tend to that.  Secondly this card is to say thank you to Mike, Bj and Sandy for having me on this team and sending their fabulous dies to work with!  I enjoyed my time here and will continue to visit this blog for inspiration.

For this card I used several Cheery Lynn Dies.
French Pastry Doily Die
Thank You
Mini Leaf Set
Iris Leaves
Cherry Blossom
Judy's Blooms
Celtic Whimsey

Be sure to check out the Challenge blog for the next challenge, you could win a $20 gift certificate towards your next purchase of Cheery Lynn dies!

Until we meet again,

Debbie
