 Happy Tuesday everyone! leslierahye here with another fun Halloween card today playing along with the black and orange challenge. I've cut a number of square mats in orange and black to mount the focal image of the mad scientist. I cut out large circles from the Lattice Circle Background and smaller circles from the Tiny Bubbles Borders in orange and black to create bubbles for the scientist's experiments.
