I don't think it's any secret that I LOVE the floral dies from Cheery Lynn Designs. Today I'm featuring the Daisy Strip and foliage from the Floral Bouquet kit.
My card is built much like all the cards I make - lots of layers! It's pretty easy to see from the photo what layers I created which have a layer of white mulberry paper at the bottom before the 5-1/2" x 4-1/4" card base.
I cut the Lattice Frame die in white and adhered it to a mottled purple background paper that I created using Distress Inks. I then trimmed that down to the size I needed for my top layer. The pretty Happy Anniversary digital stamp from Graciellie Design was printed and then trimmed to size and layered on purple cardstock.
There is a layer of 5/8" Delicate Stitched Satin topped with Mixed Purple Bold Diagonal Grosgrain Ribbon under the sentiment and then that is layered over an aqua rectangle and affixed to the front of the card. I created and shaped my daisies and arranged them along with the foliage under my sentiment.
Thanks so much for stopping by today. Happy crafting!
