Hello Owl by Jenny Alia

3:30 AM 0 Comments

Hi Everyone!  I'm back two days in a row to share an autumnal card.  I had so much fun playing with this Whimsical Owl Die.  Because of  his detail it was really easy to cut him out of different colored card stock and then paper piece all the different elements.  Next time I use him I'm definitely going to add patterned papers.  I think he could use a little more flair.

I added black rhinestones for his eyes and layered the scene behind him layering different colored paper and the Dutch Scallop Square.  The card needed more balance and interest so last I added the Hello form the Bohemian Word Die Set.

Thank You Card

4:30 AM 0 Comments
  Happy Friday folks!
Cherry here at the Cheery Lynn Blog.
Today I have a thank you card to share.
I started with some fun paper scraps and then cut out a base piece using the coved rectangle 6 piece die set.
I then layered my thank you sentiment with a circle die and backed it with part of the Dutch Scallop Square die.
Thanks for visiting me at the Cheery Lynn blog, Cherry

Thank You Card

4:30 AM 1 Comments
Hi guys - Cherry here, my day at the Cheery Lynn Blog!
I have a pretty little card that can be replicated rather quickly.
I covered my card stock and used the Dutch scallop square die to frame.
I then wrapped my ribbons around my card and added in the flourishing flower shaker die.
Then my sentiment was added. I used the Thank you circle die.  Buttons were added and I was done!

Thanks for visiting the Cheery Lynn blog today, cherry

Always Remember by Julie Lavalette

3:30 AM 2 Comments

Hi everyone, it's JULIE here today and my card this week showcases some of the beautiful flowers available at Cheery Lynn Designs.

My card has been made using papers from Maja Design starting by cutting and tattering the edges of my base layer which measures approximately 6 inches square, I then layered my stamped sentiment placing it behind my die cut frame with a lace Border.

My flowers have a variety of centres, my large flowers have been inked at the edges and my die cut centre added which is formed by rolling the die cut around tweezers and gluing in place.

Once dry you simply fan out the rolled die cut add a little Ink for definition and glue in place.

My smaller blue flowers have a blob of Glossy Accents in the centre and Micro Beads poured on top with a sprinkling of Glamour Dust for added Sparkle. Finishing my card off with a spritz of white from my Chalk Markers.
Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you feel inspired to make some flowers.

Crafty Hugs,
Julie x
