# Embossing Plate # Irit

Medals for everyone- for CLD too

This   weeks  project is a bit "out of the box" for me. I thought to take one of Paper Crafts magazine hot trends for 2011   and to show you how easy it can be done with those gorgeous Cheery Lynn Designs dies and embossing plates.
So here   they are -my 4 medals for each member of the average family.
One for Dad

 And one for Mom

One for a girl

And one last for a boy

You can just continue with it and to add one for a Grandma, baby etc.
I am sure the man who really deserves this medal is our own Mike!! For all his fantastic dies we use every week and enjoy them again and again!
It's very easy to do: first of all die cut the 4'' inverted scalloped circle from some corrugated paper, then hand stitch the wide ribbon and   shrink it under the circle with some tacky glue tape.
For the next step add the ribbon ends under your circle. Then emboss some cardstock with CLD embossing plates, die cut it with a circle die and adhere over the first circle with some 3d foam glue. You can ink   this  second circle edges, as I did here.
Then add your embellishments and a title and give your medals to  a proud recipients.
So here are the dies and plates I used for this project

 Baby feet XL embossing plate

And as usual:use our great Metal adaptor for an easy cuts and our fantastic Embossing pads for a great and easy embossing
