Today we have a guest designer, Deb Mitchell from A Touch of Deb..............

Hi my name is Deb Mitchell & I am the owner of the Emerald Faeries Garden Rubber & Digi Stamps. I am kept very busy these days with making cards, caring for my 7 yr old Autistic son, mum to 3 adult sons & have just rejoined the workforce. I am also a designer on the Kenny K Krafty Girlz  DT. I love to make cards using all kinds of cutting Dies & love Cherry Lyn Dies to bitty bits lol! I also love embellies, love to use blossoms, pearls & lace on my cards- the more the better lol! I live in sunny Queensland, Australia & love my life atm.
So let's see what Deb has made for us today.....

Deb has used Ashee, one of her adorable fairies on this so cute card.  She used Cheery Lynn Designs English Tea Party Doily and the Fanciful Flourish.  Thank you Deb for designing with us today.

Australian Love from Cheery Lynn Designs

3:30 AM 5 Comments
First, I have to say thank you to BLOGGER.  I am so excited with the posting changes that I got to utilize in today's post.  Blogger posting will be so much easier from now on!  Hooray!
Did you enjoy our new release post yesterday?  Well I am going to continue the party with some more new releases.
Today's card is a cheerful card for a special Australian I have in mind.

I can't remember what this card shape is called, some sort of fancy fold.

It is a card and envelope all in one. (Not a mailing envelope though!)
This is a side view of it all folded up.

Here, I have laid it down and I am starting to open up the card.

This is the first part of the card you see when you open up the front of the card.

This here is a view of the inside.

Are you keeping up?  The card says, En"joey" your day!

Here I am starting to fold it up again.

I fold the left side in first.

Then I fold in the right side, which is also the card front.

Last step is to tuck the top in to a pocket behind the main picture, and it stays together all by itself.
Isn't that a great design?
I love it!

I hope you like this card and design.  I had a ton of fun making it.
The new dies I used today are:

This has been Jeannie from The Polka Cabana with today's post.  Hope you have a great Friday!

Next Thursday will be new release day for Cheery Lynn Designs and boy do we have some great stuff in store for you. Just for fun, here is a sneak peek of part of one of the dies from September's new release.

In honor of this fabulous new release, we are going to run a challenge.

Anything Goes

The rules are easy, you must use at least one Cheery Lynn Designs die on your creation, the rest is up to your imagination.  Please add the URL to your actual blog post or online gallery to the InLinkz you will find at the end of this post. Please do not link to your main blog. You must also link back to our blog so your blog readers can find us and play along. And what is a challenge without a prize?  Using random.org we will draw one entry who will win a $20 credit to Cheery Lynn Designs store.  The winner will be announced before the new release post on Sept. 15th.  So get those dies out and get crafting!  Good luck to everyone.
