I got this adorable image from Nellie Snellen and thought she would make a perfect birthday card. I stamped her onto Cryogen paper, colored with Copics then cut her out using my Coved Rectangle Little Stackers. For the frame behind the image, I used my Horizon Coved Rectangle Reflection dies. I also created the pink border pieces with these dies. They are so very versatile! I added an Italian Flourish doily behind the image panel and corner adornments from the Lace Corner Deco B set. I used my Scalloped Circle Little Stackers to cut the pink panel behind the sentiment from Netty's Cards. The DP is from My Mind's Eye. Finished size is 6" square.
