
(Don't mind the tape, my small lense was giving me attitude so I had to use another.)
For my scalloped border I cut several 1 1/2 inch circles from the Little Stackers Nesting Dies using sandable cardstock from Core' dinations. See the blue coming through? Cool, hugh? Cut each circle in half and glue each to the back around your LO.

Now for the pleated edge I used the Wittle Weavers die. This die cuts your paper into 9 - 1/2 inch wide strips. I seperated each strip, cut them into 2 inch strips, folded them in half and glued the open edges together.
