Today's layout is all about getting away to that special place we would love to be 24/7. For me this tropical paradise says flowers, vibrant summery colors and romance. To embellish this layout I used a variety of Cheery Lynn dies to create various flowers and the Tropical Flourishes give the feeling motion. I wanted to pick up on the waves in the photo and thought the flourishes would help with that. This photo was taken in Beliz.
Here are the dies I used to create this layout.
Designer Tip: Cheery Lynn flower dies are some of the most versatile dies. You can alter them to be almost any flower you'd like them to be. I added the Roses to the center of the larger flowers to give the appearance of more blossoms waiting to open. I also used the rose die to place single blooms around the layout. Experiment with your dies to make them more versatile. You'll have fun creating new flowers! Head on over the challenge blog for the new challenge, it's all about flowers! Can't wait to see your projects!
