Kianel with you today to present you a card i made for the last TOMIC challenge which theme is "nautical".
And here the card i made using the marvellous CLD dies. To make the base of my card i used the great "square XL stackers" and worked with layers.
And how about some CLD dies that can be used for a nautical decoration? For that purpose, i used the "dimensional buttons 5" for this little one that resemble a boat steering wheel. Then i used the "garden gate" die for which i cut out the sides and turned it 90°C so that i could obtain a ladder that i decorated with some rope bows.
I added the gorgeous "tropical flourish" die that i cut in several pieces to make it fit my clustering. Under the image and the nest, you can see a piece of the " english tea party doily" die (use the cuttlehug to get a clean and easy cut). Some small shells also decorate the clustering.
I also used the "little scalloped circle stackers" and "little circle stackers" in layers for my sentiment.
Some small shells also put here to build a flower and a wooden pearl makes the center.
To place my image on, i used the "cardmaker's stackers" and used the largest one to cut out a piece of old book. And a close up to see the shimmery colouring:
Here are the dies i used on this card (click to go directly to the product):
I hope you'll like my card, have a nice week, love from France, Kianel.
Beautiful card! I just love all the dies you used.. Hugs Marley
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, Kianel, such a lovely vintage feel. How clever to make a ladder out of the garden gate! Wonderful layering of all the dies.
ReplyDeleteGreat card. Like the way you used so many dies in other ways. Good choice of colors also. Edna
