  1. I am using the dies in a new way I am a craft bookbinder and I use the dies to cut out very thin leather and use them in design of the covers. Cheery Lynn are by far the best in market. I especially like the lettering fonts which are outstanding. Couldn't do what I do with out them. Out of the new series I am loving the scrolls, the crowns and obviously the books with the lovely raised band details.

  2. Enjoyed all the beautiful creations at each stop of this amazing blog hop. So much talent on your design team. My favorite occasion to make cards is for birthdays and I usually make CAS style but with layers and embellishments. It is hard to choose a favorite die from the release but I love the Vintage Camera and Auto.

  3. I really enjoyed this blog hop and seeing the beautiful creations along the way. I love to make Birthday cards probably because I have so many of them to make. My favorite season is fall into Christmas so making cards for fall birthdays is probably my most favorite!

  4. OMG what wonderful inspiration the team has provided on this hop! I would say my favorite occasion to design is like so many others ... birthday! My favorite style is vintage so this release really 'speaks to me'! And although I love this entire collection, I think the baby carriage is my favorite ... just precious! OH and the old car too ... perfect for the guys!! Thanks for a fun hop!

  5. A wonderful blog hop, the design team did an excellent job with the new dies.
Birthday cards are my favorite card to make. My style is clean and classy, so I have been told. :) My favorite die from the new release is the gramophone and Julie did a great job showcasing it.

  7. Great DT inspiration! My favorite occasion for creating cards is Christmas, Easter - the main reason is probably that I can share these cards with my friends;) My style - something else? I love CAS cards and vintage style, but I'm not good enough at this style. My favorite matrices from the new collection are the old car and the book (of course) :)

  8. I normally leave the sentiment off my card until I know what occasion it will be for, but when I do make a card for a special occasion it would be a birthday card. Everyone appreciates being remembered on their birthday. My card style is mostly clean and simple with some kind of background like embossing or a background die. That's why I LOVE the new Distressed Honeycomb die. It will make my backgrounds so easy now that I won't have to cut down a full size honeycomb die or chicken wire die to try to mimic the same design as the Distressed Honeycomb. I can see doing many things with this Distressed Honeycomb die but especially layering it several times for thickness so it looks like it was stenciled on the card with paste. This die will be part of my Cheery Lynn collection soon I know.

  9. I love the new releases! Such great inspiration on this blog hop! I love creating thank you cards and just to say hi cards. I try to keep my cards simple, but with so many great products out there they end up with lots of detail in the end. I am already day dreaming how I will use the hot air balloon die on future projects, love the new die! Thanks for the adventure through inspiration land!

  10. I favor "Thinking of You" or "Just Because" that sort of card because people need to know someone cares. I am eclectic, I love most styles and change them out according to mood or person I have in mind. Favorite? Are you kidding? I love vintage period! But...maybe the books because I haven't any dies for them and I believe these are the first I have seen.

  11. These are the answers to your questions
    1. I stamp many cards for all holidays, lots of birthdays, and for treats for children at school
    2. My style is clean and simple
    3. My favorite die from the new release is the baby buggy. Babies need frills. Especially a girl, but really for either sex (when else can you "fussy up" a boy?)

  17. I love making cards that are "just a note" or sending a card that is just telling someone I am thinking of them. My style actually is combining modern with vintage, less clutter but still having character. My favorite new die is the book die, so fabulous.

  18. A lot of inspiration from the blog hop. Birthday cards are my favorite to make. My style depends a lot on the paper collection, dies and the person receiving the card. My faves from the new dies are the books and the dress forms.

  19. This hop was "The Cat's Pajamas!" My favorite cards are everyday and thank you. My style is CAS, but I like to layer when using your dies. I also use your dies a lot when scrapbooking especially when going mixed media. I am in love with your new Tin Lizzie!

  23. What an awesome collection of cards to feature this great release!
    1. I really like making birthday and Christmas cards, but "thinking of you" would be my favorite as I want them the lift the spirits of the recipient, often in a difficult situation.
    2. I just do not have a style, but I do prefer to make cards with lots of layers.
    3. Difficult question! I like the specialty dies like the auto and baby buggy, but the practical in me chooses the terrific background dies
    Thanks, DT, for the inspiration.

  24. Wow, how do you choose a favorite die from this collection? I love the gramophone, it's perfect for any masculine card and would look stunning on the cover of a hand made family album (albums are my favorite things to make!). I can picture using these dies now, I have a few things I'm working on they would be great for. My favorite card occasions are Baby, wedding and all occasion. My designs are usually relatively clean and simple, but I'm dying to get into shabby chic. I've been practicing achieving a good balance of embellishment without overdoing it. Well, I believe I've answered all of the questions, I want to thank you for the to win the gift certificate to your store. Thank you for the inspiration!!

  25. I enjoyed the blog hop and the new dies are amazing. Always awesome new ideas from Cheery Lynn Designs!

    1. My favorite occasion for cards if "thinking of you". I know it's not really an event like a birthday but I enjoy sending cards to my family and friends for no reason at all. It just might be the pick me up they need. It's just a wonderful way to say, "I care!"

    2. My favorite style we old be vintage or shabby chic. I admit I love ribbon, pearls, flowers and old prints. Guess that's why I really love this new collection!

    3. It's really hard to pick a favorite because there are so many great dies that can be used for a variety of cards, especially my "thinking of you" cards. This collection is perfect for feminine and masculine cards. My second favorite occasion to send a card is to welcome a new baby so my favorite die is the so sweet baby carriage since it's too hard to chose among the others. I just love them ALL!

    Well done Cheery Lynn Designs!

  27. I LOVE the new release! My favorite occasion to create cards for is just because, or thinking of you cards, because I try to send a lot of snail mail cards. I would describe my style as clean and graphic, with lots of layers and colors. My favorite die from the new collection is that gorgeous Vintage Hot Air Balloon!

  28. Every occasion I can think of - I love to send a handmade card. Sympathy cards have been much appreciated and Birthday cards are always a part of the gift. I and definitely a vintage/shabby chic girl and I can see most of this collection mixed with floral designs. I really like the books in this collection- I can see them stacked horizontally as well as vertically!
