Hello,
Kianel here with you today to show how amazing the Cheery Lynn Designs dies are!!! I just can't stop playing with those!!! Isn't that like the best christmas gift for a scrapper??
Today i am showing you a christmas card and a christmas tag i made using the dies from Cheery Lynn Designs:
I wanted to make a "window card" (as i call it, don't know the real name if there's one...). For that, i used the "french flare" stackers nesting die to make my opening in the card, and to make my frame. Then i used the "lattice 2" die twice and placed it on a transparent sheet so it doesn't break. I also used the "circle" stackers nesting die to place in the middle of the "window" and decorated it with stamp and shimmery paints.
To make the background of the tag, i inked my tag with distress and then i used the grunge metal embossing die "desert floor" and inked with darker distress color and finally covered it with shimmery paint. After that i used the "inverted scalloped circle" stackers nesting die that i inked and stamped and decorated with lace. To get a much better result on embossing with my Cuttlebug, i used the "metal adaptor plate" and the "embossing pad kit"!!! Amaaaaaazing!!!
Here are the dies i used:
That was all for me, hope you liked it, see you next week and don't forget to pop up here on the Dt blog everyday to discover the fabulous projects of my talented Dt mates!
Love from France, Kianel.
