We are so sad that today is Sandy's last permanent post for Cheery Lynn Designs. She was one of the founding members/leader of our wonderful design team and she will be missed greatly. All of us have been inspired by her work but we understand there is a season for everything. We wish Sandy nothing but the best in all her future endeavors. We hope that we will be able to convince her to join us for a Guest Design Spot in the future, hint! hint!. Please be sure to leave a comment and let Sandy know how much she will be missed.
Today is the final day of our joint venture with Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps. We have seen some fabulous creations both from our team as well as the Prickley Pear design team. For my card, I began by making my base using my Scalloped Square Large Stackers and the coordinating Silver Square Large Stackers for the DP panels. Don't you just love the vertical border I made with my Tiny Bubbles border? Using Prickley Pears Scalloped Oval die and the matching Floral Scalloped Ovals 4 clear stamp set, I created the sentiment panel. The flowers were created with Prickley Pears' Mini Hibiscus die and the matching Hibiscus 2 clear stamp set, adding some brown Flower Soft to the center for some texture. The last step was to add some Olive Branches for greenery. Finished size is 5 5/8" square.
