I started with an A6 (4-3/4" x 6-1/2") card base. Then I cut a piece of white and a piece of kraft cardstock at 4-1/4" x 5-1/2". I added Stick-It Adhesive to the back of each piece and then cut both pieces with the Chevron A2 Frame die. I then paper pieced the chevron stripes together and trimmed to 3-3/8" x 5-1/8". Then I layered that onto kraft, dark pink, lt pink, and dark pink cardstock trimming a small border on each layer. Then I ran a piece of hot pink delicate stitched satin across the middle securing on the back of this panel. I then added a layer of white mulberry paper. I wet the edges and tore it to create a feathery edge. Then I adhered this panel to the card base.
I stamped my sentiment on white cardstock and die cut with an oval die. I layered that on dark pink and kraft cardstock and white mulberry paper on the bottom - each with a small border. For my butterfly, I adhered a piece of Stick It Adhesive to the front side of the pink cardstock and die cut the butterfly. Then I peeled the protective covering and applied White Glitter and finished the center with flat back pearls.
My flowers were created using the Floral Bouquet Kit. The flower petals were shaped with a large stylus tool and I created a base with several of the foliage dies.
