# Doily # Embossing Plate

In love with my new Doilies dies!

Good morning to all of you and as you can see I just changed my posting day and from now on  my projects will be shown on Tuesdays.
Today I want to show you a couple  of my new cards done with Cheery Lynn Designs dies and embossing plates and as you can see you can make your own great and fancy flowers using our fantastic dies.

You can see all those fabulous dies in our shop here and there are also some great tutorial videos that show us all the tips and tricks for better usage of those fantastic dies.

As you all can see I am totally in love with the new Doily dies , but I think the French Pastry doily is my favorite. This one looks just as the common white doily, but you can cut it from all possible kinds of paper:solid cardstock, kraft paper, vellum, speciality paper or like me, from double sided patterned one.
My Love Potion card was done with a French Pastry  Doily die. I cut it from  a patterned paper 5 times and used one layer as a base and folded 4 others  like tea bag folding to build this huge flower on my  card. Then I added this trendy cameo- and here we have 2 major trends on one simple card:doilies and Cameos, and I just hope we will have some Cameo die on CLD soon.. Mike?Do you hear me?

The crafting world needs your help!  After getting the best ever Doilies ,we need Cameos!
And I think you are the only one that can do it.

So this  is the only die I used here and you don't need more- it will do the whole  fantastic card for you!

My second card was done for  SNR flower shaped card call - as a staffer I can show it  in a company blog too, also it is for web publishing in March issue.
I actually built the flower using lots of CLD dies and embossed a base with CLD Wood Grain embossing plate and the lower hand cut flower was embossed with Daisy embossing plate.
The flower was built from 3 sizes of the same Scalloped oval small stackers dies layered one over another and the flower center was done with one  Little scalloped inverted stackers circle  die   and some lace around it.You can see and buy all those fabulous dies by just scrolling down and putting them into your shopping cart.

Here are the dies I used for this project:

And if you like my flowers, you can do them just like me using those fantastic dies and embossing plates from Cheery Lynn Designs shop! And don't forget to grab some  our very special Adaptor plates and fantastic embossing pads too- the best one for your  home die cutting!
