tag tutorial - Kianel

Hello dear Cheery Lynn Designs friends,
Kianel here with you today to show you a shabby chic creation.
As our weekly challenge's theme this week is "Tag you're it", i thought i would show you how to quickly create a tag using my fantastic Reflection dies. Remember that when you enter our challenge, you have a chance to win a 20$ shopping spree to spend on the store!
So here is today's project:
To create my tag, i used the Mini pearl rectangle mega doily: size 3 to cut out the base and then size 7 to cut out the corners.
Just align the die so it follows the scallops of your tag. Don't forget to place the bottom of your tag under the die or it will be cut out! And don't forget to use a piece of tape so that your die and paper don't moove when you put them in your cutting machine.
Here is what it looks like in the top corners now: just like a ready made tag!
XL scalloped circle stackers and Large silver circle stackers to surround my Tilda stamp. Colouring is made with Distress inks and Creative Inspirations shimmer paints. Small #2 exotic butterfly is painted and decorated with pearls. The texture on the tag borders is structure paste i placed here and there.
Snowflake 6 is painted with shimmer paint and i added white puffy velvet pen for texture + snowflowers # 2 + snowflakes die in the center with a pearl. And then the wreath strip with a little tag from the sentiment frames set #1.
To finish my tag, i added a Lace deco corner E on top of the tag and the celtic chain border at the bottom.

Paper and stamp from Magnolia. Shimmer paints to cover all embellishments and die cuts from Creative Inspirations. Puffy velvet pen for texture.
Have a fun week dicovering my Team mates' creations here on the blog everyday! Love from France, Kianel.
