All Aboard Layout

My great-grandfather was a conductor for Southern Railways - so when I saw this paper collection, Check-In from Kaisercraft, I knew it would be perfect for a 12 x 12 layout of my Daddy Ed.

I love the visual interest that the intricately cut Cheery Lynn Designs border dies add to my layouts.
Layering the Mediterranean Lace Rectangle over the patterned paper, almost gave a road map look to this layer.
It's just a few days until the August release of new dies for CLD - so be sure to come back on Wednesday to see tons of inspiration and incredible new dies!
Also, if you want a chance to win a $20 gift certificate to the CLD store, be sure to play along with this week's challenge - ABC (use a letter)
