Happy Mother’s Day to all the Mum’s in the
, I hope you’re all having a wonderful day and being spoiled rotten. Uk
Donna here with a new card showing you these fabulous Easter dies , I've used Ballerina Tilda which I layered her dress, and added some sparkle around her. The papers are from Bearly Mine Designs.
I’ve used the largest nesting egg, and then for the matting behind, I’ve traced around the largest egg and then cut around that just a little bit bigger. I then put the Japanese Garden Lace oval behind that. I also used the Lattice 2Frame behind it all. The beautiful Easter egg was cut out of purple/silver foil card using the smallest nestingegg, then the lace egg #7 was cut out of gold mirri card. I laid the rabbit on top from the Spring Basket die #1, and overlaid another egg, this time cutting it so it was only half an egg. I do like the broken egg look.
The border along the bottom is the Francesca Border die, sentiment is from my stash.
For my flower arrangement, I’ve used the Judy’s Bloom’s dies, and the mini rose die for the centre, then created two mini roses, and I also made a small tulip using the smallest of the Judy’s Bloom dies which I’ve sponged some Spun Sugar distress ink on. I’ve added some olive branches behind, along with some feathers in white and pink, some silver mesh and a small butterfly from the Exotic Butterflies Small.
The corner is from the
Dainty Dutch Deco Square, I just used a small portion of it.
I think this card would do for Mother’s day, Easter, a spring birthday or any special occasion around this time of year.
Thanks for stopping by, have a wonderful day.
