Tiny Envelope Candy Holder Gift Tag by Ginny

Hey there Peeps! Ginny here to share that I have finally created the perfect combination of crafts and candy! Also....wouldn't this make a fabby advent calendar? Or gift tags for the tree with little notes to Santa?

I started by creating mini envelopes and lining them with candy striped paper. Using foam spacers I adhered them to the tag base which I cut with the Rectangle Stitch and Cut.  There's a metal eyelet on the top of the envelope flap with gold twine looped through and adhered on the back.

A little tinsel trim and poinsettias with holly leaves are added to the tag being careful not to block the opening of the envelope.

Smaller poinsettias are added to the top and finished off with glitter glue, pearly accents and shaved ice embellishment.

To finish off the tags I added a loop of twine, poofy bows and a vintage button.
