Merry Christmas Card by Bonnie Garby

Hi friends.  Bonnie from Make Time to Craft here today to remind you to get working on those Christmas cards!  Cheery Lynn Designs has a fabulous selection of dies to help you with your holiday cards!
I have a lot of layers on my card, but it's pretty easy to see from the photograph how it's done.  I die cut my A2 frames regular and scalloped in red and green and they are layered with a pretty white mulberry paper with silver tinsel.  I wanted the mulberry paper texture on my Merry Christmas die cut as well, so I added a piece of Stick It adhesive on the top of my white cardstock and adhered the white mulberry paper before I die cut it.
I cut my poinsettia petals from red cardstock and inked the edges with Gathered Twigs Distress Ink to give them some definition.  I then combined the layers to create the flowers and added half pearls to the center.  I also added some pieces of the Holly Flourish behind the flowers to get a little dark green in there.  The card is topped off with a pretty bi-color bow made with ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon.
