Well, just wasted a ton of time because I went to post my card and it is closed. so what time is 18:00 anyway? It is 3:25 right now my time. Here is my link anyway, at least you can see what I did for the Frame challenge. http://inkmagination-robin.blogspot.com/2013/08/cheery-lynn-designs-95-frame-it.html
The problem is that often the time zone is not given. Sometimes webmasters and entrepreneurs tend to forgot they have international readership and participants. Please note: the time zone really needs to be given for sale end times and for contest entry end times. Think globally. To answer your question Robin, 1800 is 4pm. But what time zone? I am Central Time in the USA but I have no idea where these folks are nor what time zone they are in. How to calculate 24 hour time format: The first 2 numbers represent the hour and the last two represent the minutes. If the first two numbers are less than 12, it is AM; 12 or greater is PM. So 0815 would be 8:15 AM. If time is greater than 1200, subtract 12 from the "hours" to give you the "PM" time. So 1505 would be 15-12=3 making the time be 3:05 PM. I hope they include the proper time zone for future contest endings. Grenwich Mean Time - hours would be best.
