Keep Me In Stitches

                                         This week our challenge at Cheery Lynn Designs is
                                   Stitches Real or Faux

 Here are the rules:

• You MUST follow the theme and use at least one Cheery Lynn Designs die, of course, we would love to see more than one. 
• You MUST add a link to your blog post in the InLinkz at the end of that post; no back posting, only new projects are allowed
• You MUST link to our blog in your post
• You may only enter the challenge ONCE per week.

The winner will be chosen based on merit by Cheery Lynn Designs. They will receive a $20 coupon for shopping at the Cheery Lynn website. The challenge will end on Sunday night at 22:00 Eastern time.  In addition, our design team members will be voting on 3 favorites who will receive a Weekly Spotlights badge to display on their blog.  Honeycomb

I decided I wanted to play with a few dies I haven't used much.This is a quick layout but has so many wonderful layers. Let me share a few extra pictures.

I started with this very colorful piece of paper, I used a honeycomb that wasn't fully cut as a stencil. Using modeling paste I added a pattern sporadically. I then used some Gesso around the edges.

I then matted this top piece on top of a piece of yellow card stock, then stitched with my sewing machine all around the edges. I won't say it is very straight but I still like it very much.

This was a great layout to put together and I enjoyed all the pieces.
