All That Glitters 8x8 Layout by Amy Voorthuis

3:30 AM 2 Comments
Good morning lovely Cheery Lynn Fans.
Today it's me again to show you a 8x8 layout using some older dies but also some of the newer ones. For this layout I used the pretty new "Joyous Winterdays"collection by Maja Design but also some other collections by Maja as well.

All That Glitters:
I love adding layers to my work so this layout is created with four without counting the layers underneath the picture. The vintage dies by Cheery Lynn are by far the best dies to use on a layout as well as their flower dies which I totally LOVE.....

To finish my layout I added some snow here and there and also some white & shimmer spray to make it sparkle a bit but you don't see that so much on my layout sadly.

Thank you so much for visiting the blog today!
I hope you enjoyed my post and I have inspired you to use your Cheery Lynn Designs dies. You could also visit my blog at Amy's Pretty Papers for more inspiration.
Have a wonderful day!

'Tis the Season by Julie Lavalette

3:30 AM 0 Comments

Hi Cheery Lynn fans, it's JULIE here today and I'm sharing some festive inspiration using our super fun new Brad the Reindeer Die.

I started by cutting out my background layers all in glitter card for lots of sparkle. My snowflake I layered two different snowflake Dies to form my snowflower adding lots of bling onto it. This was then placed onto my Holly Flourish which I cut into sections and placed around my snowflower.

Brad was cut out in a mixture of kraft, cream and glitter cardstock. I added a little Distress Ink onto the edges of his face. The antlers I used Distress Powder and a white Embossing powder for added texture.

Patches The Snownam by Debbie Brownmiller

3:30 AM 0 Comments
Welcome  to the blog. It's Debbie from Debbie's Time Out  hosting the blog today.

I had some beautiful Bo Bunny paper for quite some time and when I came across it this morning I pictured CLD's  snowman and birds on it. So this is what I came up with.

This was a quick and simple card with just two die sets used. I layered a couple of birds onto the birch logs from the  Birds of Earth and Sky set.

Here is a close up of Patches the Snowman. I really like the look I got with the snowman by cutting him out from a Snowy Christmas Tree scene that I had printed off my computer. Isn't he gorgeous? I think for being a quick and simple card that it turned out to be a beautiful rich looking card.

Dies Used
Patches the Snowman - 3 Piece - B908
Birds of Earth and Sky 7 Piece Die Set - B349

Thank You for visiting the blog today and for the comments you leave.
Have a wonderful crafty day my friends.

Joy To The World with Lisa Blastick

3:30 AM 0 Comments

Hello! Hoping everyone is enjoying the holiday season. I can't believe it is already December 1st...WOW...time sure does fly by....  Today I'm sharing a new card with Cheery Lynn Designs celebrating Christmas.

I'm so in love with these colors for the holiday. I layered the wreath from Joy to the World on top of the lacy Felicity Doily. Then I placed the sentiment in the center. I made two sets of the Poinsettias in white and added gala glitz in the centers.  I added gala glitz to the top of the star too.

The Santa Sleigh and Reindeer is a great piece for your die collection. I added pop dots behind the reindeer and sleigh. The Sparkle Christmas Tree and Present, I die cut in white  and used a silver marker and black marker to color. The tree stump was die cut in black paper.

I used Holly Leaves in the matching paper and added tiny black stars in two corners.
Hope you enjoyed!

Thanks for stopping by today!
Have a great day!
Hugs Lisa
